Welcome to Neat Cleaning! By accessing or using our website and cleaning services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking or requesting a quote.

1. Services Offered

Neat Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Regular housekeeping

  • Deep cleaning

  • Move-in/move-out cleaning

  • Disinfecting & sanitizing

  • Post-construction cleanup

  • Office and commercial cleaning

Service availability may vary by location. All appointments are subject to confirmation based on scheduling and location.

2. Booking and Quotes

Service requests can be made via our Get a Quote form. By submitting the form, you agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your cleaning needs.

Once your quote is reviewed, we will contact you with pricing and scheduling options. A confirmed booking constitutes an agreement between you and Neat Cleaning.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may incur a fee.

Repeated cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Access to Property

It is your responsibility to ensure that Neat Cleaning staff have access to the premises at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, a cancellation fee may apply.

Please secure pets and valuables before service begins.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. We accept cash, card, and approved electronic payments.

Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

6. Service Guarantee

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

7. Liability

While we take every precaution to protect your home and belongings, Neat Cleaning is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damages or conditions

  • Items not disclosed as fragile or high-value

  • Accidents resulting from unsafe working environments

Please notify us of any special care instructions in advance.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
